Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation: Approximately $18/hour (average) | Paid vacation after 1 year of service

Job Summary

Service Appointment Coordinator / Courtesy Transportation Specialist

Schwan Buick GMC Cadillac is seeking a dependable, customer-focused individual to join our Service Department as a Service Appointment Coordinator / Courtesy Transportation Specialist.

This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Service Appointment Coordination

• Answer incoming service calls professionally and efficiently
• Schedule and manage customer service appointments
• Assist customers with general service-related questions
• Send appointment reminders via text message
• Reschedule appointments as needed
• Coordinate daily service scheduling with advisors and technicians

Courtesy Transportation Fleet Management

• Check loaner vehicles in and out
• Complete all required loaner paperwork
• Inspect vehicles before and after each use
• Photograph loaner vehicles to document their condition
• Monitor vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and overall condition
• Ensure loaner vehicles are ready for customer use

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers, phones, and texting platforms
• Detail-oriented with the ability to document vehicle condition accurately
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Previous customer service or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
